Our team includes several practising construction adjudicators. This gives us a strong understanding of how adjudications are approached and determined. When appointed, we work as independent and impartial adjudicators, applying relevant contractual and statutory frameworks to deliver clear and logical submissions.

Where disputes progress to litigation or arbitration, we provide clear and independent construction expertise to support your claim. We work closely with legal teams to analyse claims. We prepare expert input on matters such as quantum and delay, and assist with the collation and structuring of formal evidence.

To reduce the time, cost, and disruption of more formal dispute proceedings, mediation can offer a more efficient way to resolve construction disputes. We can act as an independent and impartial mediator. Our aim is to guide confidential discussions that move matters towards a negotiated outcome.
