Experts in Construction: The Overford Podcast

If podcasts are your thing, good news! We’ve started the Overford podcast so you can download and listen to Guy, Jason and various guests, discussing the latest topics and everything you need to know about subjects relating to construction, experts, law, dispute resolution, claims and many other topics. We’re planning to release these as a series in the coming months.

 


In this episode, Guy and Jason have a chat about the role of experts. Looking at everything from the importance of conflict checks and impartiality through to the different types of experts. They will discuss why training is so important. Guy and Jason start by looking at appointing a part 35 expert.
