Her experience spans the full project lifecycle, from tender and procurement through to final account. Crystal has worked both within contracting organisations and consultancy environments, giving her a well-rounded understanding of project delivery and commercial management.

More recently, Crystal has expanded her practice into dispute resolution, supporting clients with the preparation and management of claims, representing parties in adjudication, and assisting with the negotiation of settlements.

Crystal holds the RICS Diploma in Adjudication and the RICS Expert Witness Certificate and continues to support clients across the North of England on commercial and contractual matters.
