His role includes commercial management and claims management. He helps clients defend and prepare claims, supports with contract reviews, and advice covering a variety of different sectors and schemes.

Jason also acts as a quantum and delay expert acting as expert on more than 15 occasions in the past five years on matters relating to quantum.

The scope and breadth of the expert appointments include appointments by instructing solicitors, parties directly, and acting as a court appointed single joint expert. Jason has also testified in court and been appointed as an adjudicator.
