Crystal entered the construction sector when she enrolled onto an HNC Building Studies course in September 2004 before joining a major contractor (Shepherd Construction) as a building student in February 2005. She was positioned in the QS department and, after a successful first year, was promoted to Assistant QS in 2006. 

Since then, Crystal has gone from strength to strength and completed the HNC Building Studies Certificate before completing her degree in BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management with First Class Honours along with the CIOB Certificate of Excellence for outstanding performance on the course. From there, Crystal has undertaken the first year of the MBA programme to achieve a Post Graduate Certificate in Management Studies and progressed onto supporting undergraduates in the industry through the University of Bolton’s mentoring programme.

Crystal now supports a range of clients across the North of England on commercial and contractual matters.
