Guy is a Fellow of the RICS and a Fellow of the CIArb. He holds a BSc in Construction Commercial Management as well as an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution and a Graduate Diploma in Law. Guy’s background is in the UK contracting industry having worked as a Commercial and Legal Manager for large building companies and developers. Guy has also worked in the consultancy sector for over 10 years. Guy is an experienced Party Representative, RICS Panel Adjudicator, CEDR Accredited Mediator, and an RICS Registered Expert Witness.
