Holly is a quantity surveyor with experience on projects totalling up to £150m, including subcontract procurement (packages up to £23m), CVRs, and cost management. She also supports valuations, variations and final accounts, and produces monthly cost and value reporting.

Holly supports the contractual side of projects, including client-side contract support, NEC/JCT/ICC forms, and issuing notices and correspondence. She also manages warranties with Sub-contractors, supports contentious matters/dispute resolution, and helps ensure Gateway 2 and 3 compliance.

Holly holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and is currently working towards RICS Chartership.
