Victoria Fern has extensive experience in housing management and learning & development. With a career spanning multiple industries, Victoria has worked in housing, hospitality, finance, and training. She has held key leadership roles in organisations such as Yorkshire Housing and Marriott Hotels. Her experience includes managing teams, driving performance improvements, and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and business growth.

Victoria has a keen interest in how people work together to achieve success. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD). She holds a BA in Housing Studies and a Level 3 Assessor Award in Workplace Learning.

Victoria is responsible for the day to day running of the business, keeping the team organised and on track.
